Analytics & consent

We use Google Analytics with Google’s Consent Mode. On your first visit, analytics storage is denied by default — no _ga cookies are written. If you choose Accept all, we enable analytics cookies; if you choose Reject all, they stay off. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again.

What we don’t use

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies from your browser at any time. Clearing memo_guest_idmeans we’ll mint a new anonymous ID the next time you upload — past uploads stay in the album but you won’t be linked to them on the device any more. Clearing the Auth.js cookies signs you out and you’ll need to sign in again. To change your analytics choice, clear this site’s data (which removes the saved consent) and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

Local storage

For features like the live slideshow and the upload progress UI, we may keep small pieces of state in your browser’s localStorage or sessionStorage (for example, the last-selected slideshow theme). This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
