Memo logoMemo
For baptisms

Every baptism photo from every relative — in one private album.

Family scans a single QR at the church or reception, uploads photos directly to your private album. Keep them forever — not until WhatsApp deletes them.

Why this matters

Baptisms are usually small and family-only — 30 to 60 people, three or four hours, deeply personal moments. The standard 'send me your photos' email gets you maybe 10 photos from the most organized aunt, and WhatsApp loses the rest. With a small album that everyone in the family can add to, you keep the full set forever.

What you'll get

Private, family-only album — no public sharing

Storage up to 2 years (Pro plan) so the album stays through the first communion and beyond

Photos from godparents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, all in one place

Custom QR code in your event colors, printed for the reception table

Full-resolution photos — godparent's professional shots aren't compressed

ZIP download for permanent family backup

How Memo solves this

Private by default

Baptism albums are not advertised. Only people with the direct QR/link can upload or view, and you choose whether the gallery is visible to guests or host-only.

Multi-language

English and Romanian out of the box — important for traditional Orthodox baptisms with multilingual family. More languages on request.

Storage that lasts

Pro plan stores the album for 2 years; download the ZIP for permanent backup. Your grandparent's photos won't disappear from WhatsApp three weeks after the service.

Print-ready QR card

Use the QR designer to make a card in your event colors. Print on the reception table. Family scans during lunch.

From real hosts

We had a Romanian Orthodox baptism with family flying in from three countries. Memo collected photos from all of them — even my 78-year-old grandmother, who scanned with my mother's help.

Baptisms FAQ

Is Memo suitable for a small baptism (20–40 people)?

Yes — and the Free plan covers it (30 photos). For more photos, Starter ($49 once) gives you unlimited photos and 6-month storage. No subscription.

Can I keep the album private to just the family?

Yes. You can disable the guest gallery so only the host (you) sees uploads. Or leave it on so godparents can browse what's been added. Toggle in album settings.

What if my older relatives don't know how to scan a QR code?

Most phones since 2018 scan QRs automatically from the camera app. For relatives who struggle, share the album URL directly via WhatsApp or text — same result, no QR needed.
